This psychometric system leverages Karl Jung's original 8-factor approach through an "industry-customized" instrument we develop for your company. It begins with a simple 3-question "rapid query" delivered each quarter to your members, followed by a deeper annual 30-item instrument. In short, we look at the "personality profiles" of each member of your organization and then compare their assessment of your organizational culture, yielding a powerful gap analysis.

Unlike Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) system, we use motivational characters we call "Roos" to better enable your members to relate to their type, others, and your organization.
